Annual Meeting

On Sunday November 22, 2009 at 5:00 PM St. Andrew Lutheran Church will hold it's bi-annual congregational meeting

at the First United Methodist Church, 643 E. Washington St. West Chicago

The disciples of Jesus at St. Andrew will gather to:

· Give thanks for God's faithfulness and grace.
· Receive a building update
· Vote on the 2010 Ministry Spending Plan (ministry budget)

In preparation for the meeting there will be informational meetings at Indian Knoll school on Sunday November 15 at 9:00 and 11:00 am. During this time there will be a presentation and discussion concerning the 2010 Ministry spending plan.
