Taste of St. Andrew Saturday Evening, April 12 from 6:00 until 8:00 American Legion Post 300 123 Main Street, West Chicago
What are you doing on April 12th Reserve that date now so you won't miss the biggest event of the spring. April is a funny month. Easter is over, so is March Madness, Memorial Day is a month away. Winter is over, but the really great weather hasn't made it to West Chicago yet. Sounds like it's time for a party! We have decided to throw a party for the entire church and call it the "Taste of St. Andrew." We'll provide themeat and beverages - you bring a side dish or desert to share. You'll have a chance to learn all about our new plan for ministry at St. Andrew, time to share your ideas and speak with others about the exciting new opportunities for growth and involvment as we get ready to move back into our church building - when it's finally ready. Won't that be a time! The "Taste" will include fun for all, including special appearances by the King (Elvis that is!) and the Preacher Guy (he looks a lot like Pastor John, only cooler!). For those who participate, they'll be a special grand prise: A special Salvadorian - Minnesotan meal prepared by the pastors at the time and place of your choosing. How cool is that? Seriously folks -- Don't miss out! We're trying very hard to make St. Andrew the church it needs to be for you and me! Plan now to join us on April 12. BE THERE OR BE SQUARE! |
